October 24, 2016: EQAO confirms online OSSLT assessment cyberattack
The Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) has confirmed a cyberattack was the cause of the technical issues that resulted in the cancellation of the online OSSLT assessment on October 20. EQAO has indicated that no personal or private student information was compromised during the administration of the assessment. Read a statement from Director of Education Jim Costello.

Pupil Accommodation

The Lambton Kent District School Board approved a Motion to establish an Accommodation Review Committee for the Consolidation of Aberarder Central School, Bosanquet Central School, Kinnwood Central School and North Lambton Secondary School into a Kindergarten to Grade 12 School on the Kinnwood Central School Site. The first public meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Bosanquet Central School from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Requests for delegation must be submitted by November 8, 2016.
